Learn to preheat:
The grill takes time to generate heat and should be given enough time to do so. To be able to cook the food properly and evenly, run your grill quickly – turn it on, turn off the id and let it preheat peacefully for 15 minutes before you take the food out.

Get rid of guesswork – Always use a thermometer to check when your food has reached the right temperature to ensure food safety and delicious, perfectly cooked meat.
