How to drink green tea for better health

 It is one of the most widely accepted beverages in the world. Green tea comes from an evergreen tree or shrub called Camellia. All teas (black, green, white, yellow) come from this plant, they are processed separately and sorted at different times. . Green tea comes from young leaves that process minimally. This means that the leaves are relatively non-oxidized and contain hundreds of healthy properties (such as epigallocatechin-3-galactic [ECGG], chorecetin and theanine)

2. Prepare water.

4.Tea stand.
