You don’t have to spend a lot of time and effort to look naturally beautiful! Just give yourself time to spend so that you look and feel fresh and clean.  Incorporating healthy habits into your routine can help you achieve natural beauty. You’ll see in a moment and feel great!

Method 1.Creating grooming routines:

Shower or bathing frequently.

Dirty, sticky hair and smelly, sweaty skin will not help you look or feel naturally beautiful. Make sure you take a regular bath or shower, such as every day or every other day. Wash your body and face to remove dirt, sweat, oil and body odor. Also shampoo and condition your hair using products designed specifically for your hair type.
You don’t have to wash your hair every day – you can just wash and avoid shampoo every time you hang up the shower to help preserve the natural oil in the hair.

2.Clean your face every day.

It is important to wash your face every day to remove dirt and oil, even if you do not shed. Be sure to choose a cleanser made for your skin type.  Look for salicylic acid products for acne prone skin. If you have dry skin, use a cream cleanser to add some moisture. For combination skin, try a gel cleanser

Moisturize your skin.

Applying moisturizer after your shower will help keep your skin soft, supple and radiant. Choose a lotion made for your skin type and avoid using anything that uses heavy perfumes or harsh chemicals that can dry out your skin. 4.Brush and floss your teeth every day.

A bright, Doing this will keep your teeth and gums healthy. Aim to brush for 2 minutes at a time. You can use mouthwash to kill germs and freshen the breath.

For smooth, hydrated skin you can also treat yourself with paraffin wax while sitting at home with your hands or feet.

6.Apply sunscreen before going out.

The best thing you can do for your skin is to protect it from the sun. Wear sunscreen with UV protection and an SPF of at least 30 when you plan to go out. Sunscreen can prevent sunburn as well as wrinkles which can cause cancer. You can wear a wide-brimmed hat with light-colored, light-weight clothing and sunglasses on the outside.

7.Use lip balm to keep your lips soft and smooth.

Dry, chapped lips are painful and stingy. Keep your lips soft and smooth with regular lip balm use. Choose one that contains sunscreen to protect your lips. It is a good idea to buy several types of your choice so that you can stash them in your purse or pocket, in your car and in your office.

Method 2 Styling yourself:

1.Wear clean clothes that fit well.

A comfortable, put-together decor will help you feel more confident than a rummed, smelly sweatshirt. Wash your laundry frequently and keep your clothes away so you always have clean, loose-fitting clothes to wear. You don’t have to decorate, just choose the things that make you feel good and that are free of stains or rods.
Choose clothes that fit well; These should not be baggy and shapeless and they should not be narrow and uncomfortable.

2.Choose common accessories.

If you’re going for a natural look, don’t overdo it with tons of glamorous jewelry or blinked outs. Stick to simple accessories and limit it to just a few items such as a patterned scarf, simple bracelets and brightly colored heels. Or, you can choose a few tangled earrings, a neutral handbag, and patterned flats.

3.Find a hairstyle of your choice.

See a reputable hair stylist and ask them what kind of style they recommend for their face shape and hair type. Work together to choose a style that matches the level of style you like, whether you enjoy a haircut in the morning or are the kind of person who washes you. Then, learn how to style it every day and pick the products you need.
Trim your hair every 6-8 weeks to remove split ends and keep your hair healthy and beautiful.

4.Apply natural makeup if you want.

If you like to wear makeup, it should be shortened and your features should be subtly highlighted. Choose a colorful moisturizer or light weight foundation and be sure to mix it into your hairline and your neck. Sweep a warm blush over your cheekbones and apply a lipstick or lipglass in a few shades of your natural lip color. Accent your eyes with mascara and possibly a neutral shade of eyeshadow.
Always remove your makeup before bed! It is very important that you do not sleep on your makeup. Not only will it scatter haze and skin, it can clog your pores and create breakouts.

Method 3.Develop healthy habits:

1.Eat healthy, balanced meals.

Eating healthy will help you look and feel great! Choose fatty proteins like chicken and fish and eat a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables every day. Aim to eat fruits and vegetables of different colors every day like carrots, beets, bananas, calories, blueberries, bell peppers, Brussels sprouts, strawberries, kiwis, green beans and pineapples. Try to have very small amounts of salty and sugary snacks like chips and sweets.

2.Drink 8 ounces of glass of water every day.

Drinking plenty of water can flush out toxins from your body. It will help you achieve healthy hair and skin with a radiant glow! Carry around a refillable water bottle so you can drink water all day and on the go. You can even add cucumber, lemon or berry to your water if you want. Just keep sipping and stay hydrated.

3.Practice at least 3 times per week.

Regular exercise helps you to sweat toxins, clear your pores and improve blood circulation, all of which will give you a healthier glow. Try to practice for 30-60 minutes at least 3 times a week. You can swim, zumba, lift weights, jog, add or engage in any other physical activity of your choice. Find something fun, but still challenging.

4.Notice for 7-8 hours of sleep every night.

A full night’s rest can make your skin look great and help prevent wrinkles! If you want to look naturally beautiful, be sure to get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. It is not called “Beauty Rest” for any reason!

5.Laughter and confidence in the project.

Laughter is a beautiful thing! Smiling at people attracts them and helps make you happier. Use good posture Stand up straight and avoid crossing or fiddling your arms. Look into people’s eyes, shake hands firmly and speak softly and clearly.
